Event Specialist Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Specialist Intern to join our Marketing Communication team. This role offers hands-on experience in organizing, and executing corporate events that enhance brand visibility.
Criterias:
* Educational background: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
* Skills:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Ensures accuracy in planning and execution.
* Good verbal and written communication.
* Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of event management tools
* Other attributes:
* Proactive and Resourceful: Can take initiative and solve problems.
* Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
* Adaptable: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
* Experience (preferred but not mandatory)
* Previous involvement in campus events, student organizations, or volunteer work related to event planning.
* Basic knowledge of social media management for event promotion.
