Construction Indirect Purchasing Intern

Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged Construction Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team at our Global HQ in Milan. Your Impact In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: Support sourcing and tendering activities for retail, construction and operation Regular internal communications to better understand the requirements and needs of each stakeholder Support the project manager for the real estate projects (industrial and corporate) Support external communications with suppliers regarding commercial offers, contracts and payments terms Creation of Purchase Requests placement in SAP Ariba, facilitate PO release to vendors and Goods Receipts. Provide frequent order status to the owner. Qualifications Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture (preferred), Management or related field; Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts) and Word; Fluency in English and Italian; Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Proactive, collaborative attitude and curiosity for retail and procurement topics. Candidate Requirements:
