The Intern Product Trainer will support the Product Trainer in the creation and implementation of product training materials, contributing to improved product knowledge and maximizing training effectiveness for the global retail sales force.

How you will contribute
* Collaborating on the drafting, editing, and updating of training materials on RTW and Accessories collections (e.g., product sheets, presentations, video tutorials, technical insights).
* Supporting the implementation and content management on digital e-learning platforms and the use of gamification tools.
* Assisting in logistical organization of product training (e.g., physical masterclasses, in-store sessions).
* Assisting with the initial monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness.
* Managing the archiving and organization of training documentation.

Who you are
* Academic background or previous (even brief) experience in training, communication, or fashion/luxury.
* Strong interest and passion for the product, particularly fabrics/materials and sartorial techniques, preferably in the luxury sector.
* Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint) and major digital communication tools.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) or e-learning platforms is a strong advantage.
* Excellent written and spoken English proficiency. Italian or a second language will be considered a plus.
* Communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with remote and international teams.
