DESIGN CENTER SUPPORT - Internship

Job Description:

Within the Jewelry Creations & Gems Buying Department, we are looking for a Design Center Support Trainee to assist the colleague in charge of the co-ordination of the creativity development plan by supervising the design creation process and timing, in line with business objectives and working with all internal stakeholders (Marketing, Raw Materials, Production, Planning and New Product Development).

* Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive and up to date archive of all relevant sketches, designs, and creative proposals
* Support on documents and sketches management in terms of filing (physical and digital) approved or rejected drawings; preparing documents and reports for internal meetings; printing drawings and sketches on photographic paper
* Help maintaining a close cooperation with the Raw Material Department to coordinate follow-up, selection, and allocation of raw materials to the designers
* Archive on the Hero Platform and submit the approved designs to all departments involved (Marketing, Raw Materials, Production, Planning, Product Development)
* Ensure the implementation and use of technological tools to increase team effectiveness and efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor in Business Management or similar field
* General knowledge of the luxury industry and market trends
* Confidence with main IT Applications
* General Knowledge of Project Management
