Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSB division in Rome.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
* Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
* Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
* Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Automation will be considered.
* Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
* Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus.
* Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
* Positive spirit, Proactivity, team working, responsiveness.
* Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
* Willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solution.
