Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

What You'll Do:
* Assist bookers with daily model scheduling, options, and confirmations
* Communicate with clients, models, and other agencies
* Update model portfolios, polaroids, and digital materials
* Support in preparing call sheets and booking documents
* Monitor social media and scouting platforms
* Perform general administrative tasks and assist with castings when needed

What We're Looking For:
* Passion for fashion, modeling, or the creative industry
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication skills in English (Italian AND other languages a plus)
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
* Comfortable with tools like Adobe, Excel, Google Drive, and social media platforms
* Previous experience in fashion or office settings is a plus, but not required
