Front Office & Accounting Internship

Job Description:

As an intern you will support our Entrance Hall & Accounting Team during the summer months (June - August). You will get a 360° overview of the financial accounting with all the various administrative tasks and be the first contact person for our guests and partners.

Tasks & responsibilities

* Assist in the reception of visitors (customers, business partners, internal employees)

* Assist the financial accounting department in posting all transactions as they occur

* Support in the creation of customer master data in the ERP system

* Assist in the management of travel expense reports

* Support in the communication with external persons

* Help to manage stationery and company cars

* Support in administrative tasks

Profile

* University student or degree in economics or in a similar field

* Previous experience in accounting, administration will be considered as a plus

* Excellent German/Italian skills and good English Skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Excellent organizational skills
