🔎 What will you take care of?
Preferred origin
Study of the subject through documentation (EU agreements, seminar materials, etc.); verification of the preferential origin of DCOC products using the company's information systems (operating system, Excel) and interacting with other company departments to obtain the necessary information (e.g., CTG bill of materials and costings, product).

Study of the subject through documentation (EU agreements, seminar materials, etc.); verification of the "made in" status of DCOC products using the company's information systems (operating system, Excel) and interacting with other company departments to obtain the necessary information (e.g., CTG bill of materials and costings, product).
Customs documents
Explanation of what an export is and all the related documents (sales invoices, applied VAT, customs bills, opening and closing of export procedures).
Dual use
Study of the subject through documentation (EU regulations, seminar materials, etc.); support in determining the dual-use classification of products.
Other Customs Activities
* Anti-terrorism checks on customers and suppliers
* Requests to customers for import documents required for MRN administrative closure
* Archiving and verification of MRN closure

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

🎯 Education: You have to graduate in Economics and Statistics or similar.
💻 Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
🗺️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
