Job Description
Starting from production needs for assembly and testing systems, the task requires the analysis of constraints and process characteristics to define the equipment and tools necessary for the correct production step through additive manufacturing design.
The internship offers a highly technical and applied training opportunity, aimed at the modeling and fine-tuning of motion control valves for hydraulic actuators, with a focus on the integration of additive technologies such as 3D printing. The trainee will be involved in simulation and testing activities, comparing virtual results with those obtained on the test bench or directly on operating machines (e.g., excavators, telescopic handlers).
What we offer:
* A highly technological environment in which to learn the practical applications of 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques in the hydraulic sector.
* Active involvement in the industrial innovation process, both for internal departments and external suppliers.
* Professional growth opportunities within a multidisciplinary team focused on continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Undergraduate student in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
* Knowledge/interest in 3D printing technologies and additive manufacturing.
* Skills in CAD modeling and FEM analysis.
* Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and collaborative spirit.
* Interest in industrial processes and production digitalization
