Junior - Talent Chief of Staff - NextHub Bari

We are seeking a Junior profile to join the Talent Chief of Staff team at our Bari office. The role will be based on hybrid working model and will be offered as a 6-months extracurricular internship with the prospect of potential subsequent hiring. 
Your Role

As an Analyst, you will support the Leadership Team in the following activities:

* Supporting the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at implementing the firm's People & Purpose strategies, contributing to the analysis of priorities;
* Performing data analysis and reporting on People-related topics;
* Preparing high-impact reports, presentations, and materials for meetings, events, and communications;
* Coordinating and supporting the organization of meetings and, managing agendas, content, and speaker alignment;
* Assisting in the management of Learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with budgets and procedures, and maintaining clear, effective communication with stakeholders;
* Managing internal and external communications;
* Prioritizing tasks effectively and working independently and proactively, while staying aligned with the team and leadership.

Winning Requirements
* Master's or Bachelor's degree completed;
* Excellent written and spoken English and Italian;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) an interest for GenAI tools;
* Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
* Problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills, even in dynamic and complex environments;
* Excellent communication skills.
