Your role

Are you passionate about personalized investment advice and want to develop your skills in the wealth management sector? Are you someone who loves to work in a team, results-oriented and eager to learn? We are looking for an International Advisory Specialist to support our team in the following activities

* Support the team in managing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients for the Italian market, collaborating with Client Advisors and end clients.
* Contribute to the preparation of opportunistic and tactical investment content and recommendations, in line with UBS's vision and the global financial market environment.
* Assisting the team in strategic and tactical advice on cross-asset investments, considering the performance objectives and risk profile of the clients.
* Support the implementation of products and investment strategies, ensuring a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
* Participate in the monitoring of portfolios and the preparation of reports for clients, reporting any issues detected.
* Collaborate with Client Advisors to ensure seamless coverage and contribute to business development projects.
* Participate in marketing and market events as a representative of the Advisory Specialist team.
* Work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the achievement of common goals.

Your team

You will work in the team of Advisory Specialists in Milan, part of the Advisory & Sales Italy team within the EMEA Global Wealth Management division. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain practical skills in the field of investment advice.

Your expertise

* Interest in wealth management, investment advice and portfolio management.
* Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
* Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
* Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
* Good analytical and technical skills.
* Interest in financial markets and desire to learn in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
