Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

You'll get to

build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions

learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Your team

You'll work in our Sales and Client Coverage team within Asset Management, helping to promote both active and passive UBS Asset Management solutions in the market and ensuring clients receive exceptional experience. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality client materials, digital communication, and market insights that support our growth ambitions.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* Final year of their degree, or recently graduated (no more than six months from the start of the internship)
* has or is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
* is fluent in English and Italian
* has a financial and marketing background
* has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
