Your Opportunity:
The Order Management & Logistics Intern, directly reporting to the Demand Planning & Logistics Senior Manager and operating within a structured manufacturing environment, will be focused on supporting inventory management and order processing activities, coordinating shipment preparation and operational communication across multiple company functions and logistics teams.
How you will contribute:
* Receiving product requests from multiple company functions
* Checking warehouse stock to assess product availability based on the requests received
* Support in stock management, order processing, and shipment coordination
* Entering orders into the system with product details and delivery address
* Issuing picking lists for order preparation
* Providing instructions to the logistics team regarding the courier/service to be used, after consultation with the Logistics Manager
* Updating different teams on shipment status and merchandise delivery
Who you are
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field, or a strong interest in and basic understanding of logistics, operations, and inventory management.
* Good knowledge of Excel is essential; familiarity with order management systems will be considered a plus
* Fluent English required; any additional languages would be an asset
* Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* Proactive, eager to learn, with solid communication and teamwork abilities
