Your role

This internship is a full-time position (40 hours/week) for a limited duration of 6 months. The Marketing Manager Fragrance Intern will provide operational support to ongoing marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative marketing concepts within the fragrance category. This role offers exposure to international projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Provide operational support for ongoing marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with the Fragrance Development Manager (FDM) on Consumer Fragrance (CF) projects, including post-processing tasks.
* Prepare CF marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of new marketing concepts and strategies.
* Scout and analyze new product launches and market trends.
* Proactively propose new ideas and initiatives to enhance marketing activities.
* Support Key Account Managers (KAM) during customer meetings with relevant materials and insights.
About you

* Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in local and international environments.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in PowerPoint and Canva.
* High level of creativity for developing impactful presentations and marketing content.
* Italian is mandatory (oral and written) plus fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
