As a Trade Marketing/Category Planning Intern you will...
* Be responsible for implementing Brand's strategy & key commercial programs, working in close relation with Sales & Marketing teams.
* Be the key contact for both teams proving solid insights & feedback on commercial strategy implementation, with focus on assortment and promotion.
* Be working on iconic brands such as Philadelphia and Sottilette or Milka and Toblerone
* Assess brands performance according to key programs and customers role
* Monitor implementation of promotional guidelines and promo-efficacy
* Define listing strategy for new products and track distribution development on key customers
* Support the launch of new products in the market, tracking distribution development on key customers (vs Define listing strategy for new products and track distribution development on key customers)
* Define quarterly priorities and align Sales teams accordingly
* Be involved both in Retail Channel and Instant Consumption strategies

You might be the one we are looking for if…
* You are pursuing a Degree in Economics (3+2)
* You have a Previous Internship experience in commercial functions is valuable.
* You are able to manage complexity: multiple and diverse projects
* You are proactive and able to work with good level of autonomy
* You are a fast learner with good interpersonal skills
* You are fluent Italian and have a very good English level
