Investor Relations & Capital Raising Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for emerging talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum through an interesting experience as Intern in the Investor Relations & Capital Raising Team of Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A.

During the Internship you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:

Capital Raising

* Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
* Pitch Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to prospective investors. Tailor presentations to address the specific interests and concerns of different investor groups
* Due Diligence Coordination: Coordinate the due diligence process with potential investors, ensuring all required information and documentation are provided promptly and accurately
* Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Provide regular updates and insights on investment opportunities and company performance
* Market Research: cooperate with the Research team in conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities and trends. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities

Investor relations

* Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and presentations
* Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
* Coordinate and support investor meetings, conferences, and events
* Collaborate with the relevant functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Candidate Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Economics
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Excellent use of the Office application package (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Teamwork and high adaptability
* Ability to solve problems
