Position

Within the Loro Piana Montenapoleone flagship store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand's values.

This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.

Job responsibilities

* Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique
* Supporting the sales process and post-sales activities
* Contributing to maintaining the store's image according to Loro Piana standards
* Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks
* Assisting in the preparation and management of in-store eventsProfile

* Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields
* Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
* Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Availability of working in shifts, including weekends
