Responsibilities - Assisting the team to outreach and onboard potential creators. - Identify the key factors for improving performance and offer guidance to creators. - Design and establish a community for potential creators, including a support system. - Monitor and communicate with potential creators daily to ensure positive engagement. Encourage creators to actively participate in the creator's mission and platform campaigns. - Work with cross-functional teams to apply more resources and uplift affiliate performance

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate student - Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Good written & verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player. Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure. - Comfortable working with data.
