Training Intern

1. Assist in designing and implementing training programs for the sales team to align with business objectives. 2. Collect and analyze training feedback to optimize training content and delivery methods. 3. Support the organization and execution of training sessions, including logistics, materials, and scheduling. 4. Help maintain training records and track employee learning progress in the system. 5. Collaborate with the sales operations team to identify training needs and provide data-driven insights

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference for business or education-related fields. 2. Minimum 1 year of relevant internship or work experience, preferably in training or sales support. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficient in work-related tools. 5. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
