Internship Overview

The Talent Pool & Market Mapping Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging potential talent for current and future hiring needs. The intern will conduct market research, map talent landscapes, build talent pipelines, and provide sourcing insights to support proactive recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and maintenance of talent pools for priority roles.
* Research potential candidates, target companies, and talent communities.
* Assist in creating market maps to identify where key talent is located.
* Conduct competitor and industry talent research.
* Support the creation of target company lists and sourcing recommendations.
* Develop Boolean search strings and LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
* Organize and maintain candidate and market intelligence databases.
* Prepare research reports and sourcing insights for recruiters.
* Support Talent Acquisition projects related to sourcing and workforce planning.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
* Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
* Strong research and analytical skill.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
* Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and market research.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
