Intern or thesis student - Global Quality Strategy Implementation (m/f/x)

Job Description:

​As an intern, you will be a part of the Hilti Global Quality Management Team. You support the Head of Quality and Quality Strategy team at Hilti to implement the new Quality strategy on a global level. Based on your study background your role would revolve around Quality & Process management, formulating innovative training concepts, or steering digitalization of quality.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months (preferably 12 months).

What You'll Bring

* Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in Engineering, Business, or IT studies during the internship.
* Proficient in spoken and written English at a high level, including business English for managerial communication.
* Demonstrated creativity and commitment to enhancing workshops and content management.
* Strong organizational abilities and a structured approach to work.
* Proven ability to innovate and work dynamically while effectively adapting to evolving situations.
* Open to using various platforms for designing and creating
