Intern - Global Strategic Marketing (m/f/x)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support the transition of our Case Management system guidance from PowerPoint-based documentation into our new Knowledge Management system-solution.

But this is more than a content migration exercise.

You will help transform how product and process knowledge is structured, maintained, and delivered globally - contributing to a scalable knowledge framework that supports our solution managers, process teams, and operational users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, thinking in processes, and working at the intersection of product, operations, and technology.

You will get the opportunity to work cross-functionally in our global strategic marketing department, as well as to collaborate with various regions and markets across the world.

This internship position has a flexible start date and runs for 6 months.

* Bachelor's degree required; degree in management/economics/information systems preferred.
* Very good analytical skills as well as ability to work in a highly structured way.
* High degree of curiosity to understand how a system-solution works
* Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation).
* Proven track record in achieving results, meeting KPIs, or delivering XYZ outcomes.
