INTERNSHIP - Data Operations Officer

Job Description:

Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
we are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in February 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Your tasks:
* Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
* Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
* Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
* Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
* Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
* Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.

Your profile:

Education :
* 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law
* Experience in financial services is a plus

Languages :
* English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
