Internship Quality Management (m/f/x)

Job Description:

For our department Quality and After Sales within LuxairTours, we are looking for a (an):

Internship Quality Management (m/f/x)

Main duties:

* Assist the Quality and After-Sales Manager at LuxairTours with daily operations.
* Support the team by managing administrative tasks and processing customer claims.
* Prepare and provide various statistics, reports, and presentations.
* Analyze root causes in quality reports and propose improvement measures.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Quality strategy.
* Participate in internal audits and draft detailed audit reports.

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Meticulous, focused, and structured work approach.
* Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
* Fluency in at least two languages, including English and French.

The ideal candidate:

* Knowledge of Luxemburgish and of any other language will be considered an asset
