Portfolio Management Trainee

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg, the authorized alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) managing real estate Pan-European AIFs is looking for a:

Portfolio Management Trainee / 6 months (from March 2026)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities as Portfolio Management Trainee

Reporting directly to the Head of Investor relations & Portfolio Management based in Luxembourg, your mission will include :

Financial reporting :
* Controlling that the SPV reporting are in line with expected P&L budgeted figures and if not that the deviations explained by the provider are consistent with information collected
* Coordination and implementation of standard Management Control reporting for the Pan-European SPVs
* Coordination and controlling of internal and external reporting (annual reports, quarterly fact sheets, …)

Budget
* Participation to the annual Budgets process of the Funds and to the periodic cash flow forecasts
* Controlling of budget deviations of the SPVs and regular communication of the finding to Fund Accounting team and Fund Management/Advisory

Operations

* Liquidity monitoring of the SPVs and regular reporting to Fund Accounting team and Fund Management/Advisory
* Preparation of quarterly distribution working : confirmation that distributable cash of each SPVs is in line with budget assumptions
* Assisting in supporting transaction execution (acquisitions, restructuring, disposals)

Your profile

· Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
· Analytical thinking skills
· High affinity for numbers
· Fluent in English
· Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
