Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with general office administration tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation). Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Support scheduling of meetings and maintaining calendars. Help with inventory management and office supplies. Provide support foremployee engagement activities when needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team. Qualifications Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
