The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a Bachelors' or Masters' degree to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for: 

* Contribute to sustainability and commercial initiatives by supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting

* Learn and apply internal tools and systems to assist in project execution and decision-making

* Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for environmental and operational improvements

* Support the development of dashboards and reports that track ESG and HSE performance metrics

* Assist in translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders

* Apply basic data analysis techniques to monitor sustainability goals and compliance

* Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms

* Present findings through clear visualizations and contribute to team discussions

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will: 

* Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, HSE, Communications, or a related field

* Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country 

* Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills 

* Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary) 

* Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions

* Be fluent in oral and written English with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

* Show interest or experience in sustainability reporting, ESG analytics, or environmental data management

* Be proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
