Job Description:

Objectives of the Position
To support day-to-day activity (documentation and on-site) for Maintenance department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance and Project point of view.

Main Tasks
* Maintaining and updating the loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.
* Reviewing and updating maintenance's work instructions related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentations.
* Cooperating with all other departments (production, PPC, and laboratory) to provide right maintenance services for their equipment.
* Ensuring the spare parts stocks' availabilities for each equipment.
* To perform pro-active and initiative mechanical and E&I maintenance activities.
* Supporting maintenance supervisor to complete and close the projects within the working year.
* Maintaining stability of automation systems

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
* Technical & Professional Knowledge: SPLC, Field Instruments, Automation knowledge is advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
* Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.'
* Able to work independently
