About the Role
Responsible for performing general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of accounting records, and the compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

a) Inter-companies - assist to prepare and generate Debit note(DN) from SAP, IC AP invoices recording, prepare monthly inter-company matching report and perform investigation on the differences and to prepare monthly aging report.
b) Master data maintenance - assist to process new GL creation, extension, block and unblock.
c) Fixed assets - assist to perform additional/disposal of fixed assets, prepare monthly fixed assets listing, monthly depreciation etc.
d) Month end journals - assist to process accruals, prepayment, reclass and other adjustment entries.
e) Bank reconciliations - assist to perform clearing of bank open items and preparation of bank reconciliation report.
f) Balance Sheet reconciliations - assist to perform some balance sheet reconciliation.
g) Assist to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as and when required.
