Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a J&J Protégé Trainee - Supply Chain Delivery for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Order to Cash, Warehouse and Distribution activities with our outsourced partner and manage specific requests from health care professionals. This role involves compiling the monthly reports on invoicing, billing, supply chain performance while also, managing business reviews with external stakeholders, compiling documents for audits, being the backroom support and audit scribe, and supporting on projects and initiatives by being the task force/co-lead of projects to improve efficiencies while optimizing costs. The J&J Protégé Trainee - Supply Chain Delivery will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business operation and compliance with organizational SOP and legal processes.
Operational Excellence:
* Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely. (Returns, Replacement, Penalty Payments)
* Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.
* Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
* To support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver's end.
* Leads on Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.
Audit Preparation and Readiness:
* Supports in audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.
* To support in audits by being the audit scribe/backroom support.
Project Management:
* Supports initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, executing deliverables.
* To not only be in the task force of projects, but also co-lead in project management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
