Where do you fit in?
The Customer Operations Intern will work on strategic projects aimed at shaping the Customer Operations of the future. Interns will be assigned to a business challenge and grouped into teams of 3-4 members. Each team will receive guidance from a Customer Operations Lead/Mentor throughout the assignment.
The scope of the challenge may involve data, process, systems, people/culture, or a combination of these elements. Interns will analyze real-world operational dilemmas, propose recommendations, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency, customer experience or organisational competitiveness.
What's the role?
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand the assigned business problem/challenge in depth.
* Conduct external research to support hypotheses related to the challenge.
* Perform internal interviews and gather input from Customer Operations staff and partners.
* Analyze findings and prepare presentations on assigned topics.
* Ensure all reports and documentation are completed by the end of the assignment.
Dimensions:
* Support all businesses/OU under SBOKL.
* Scope includes Downstream Lubricants, Mobility, Fleet Solutions, Trading & Supply, Chemicals.
What we need from you?
Requirements (Skills & Experience):
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
* Has a minimum CGPA 3.0 and above
* Minimum 3 months of internship commitment. Start Date - April 2026
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
