Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Intern will support day-to-day supply chain, procurement, and logistics activities while assisting in data analysis, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience across the end-to-end supply chain environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Key Accountabilitie

Supply Chain Process Improvement
* Assist in identifying inefficiencies within existing supply chain workflows and propose improvement opportunities
* Support process mapping, root cause analysis, and development of standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction, inventory accuracy enhancement, and automation of manual tasks.
* Collect and analyze performance data (e.g., lead time, supplier performance, order accuracy) to highlight gaps and opportunities.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders.

Inventory & Logistics Support
* Assist in tracking inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies with stakeholder.
* Support logistics analysis, including shipment tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.

Data Analysis & Report
* Compile and analyze supply chain data to support decision making.
* Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for routine operational reviews.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and spreadsheets.

Documentation & Compliance
* Assist in updating SOPs, work instructions, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure supply chain activities adhere to internal controls and policy requirements.

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis techniques
* Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
