About the RoleResponsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs
* Accurately logs issue and updates ticket history to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
* Evaluates and escalates issues as needed to a higher level or other resource.
* Monitor and maintain Group Application support systems to avoid or minimize operational disruptions.
* Hands on and Troubleshoot system faults and solve application problems.
* Maintain customer and end user communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
* Research new technologies and tools that could benefit you and the team.
* Provide creative solutions to unique challenges.
* Maintain a service level as stated in the relevant SLAs.
* No major escalation/ audit / regulatory issue.
