AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to join our IT Asset and Configuration team. Main missions Your responsibilities include: Assist the Configuration Management Manager in all aspects of Configuration Management Records and maintains Configuration Item (CI) within scopes in the CMDB & to provide reliable and up-to-date details about the IT infrastructure that supports IT services. Data remediation for CI(s) that are reported as failed in Data Quality KPI Ensuring Configuration Management on a day-to-day basis by availability and responsive to queries and issues Analyze and resolve configuration management issues in a timely manner Work closely with stakeholders & CI Owners to create/maintain/retire CI in CMDB Request source files from the stakeholders to perform data reconciliation activity Perform the Configuration Item Audit Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following skills: Hard skills Knowledge in IT infrastructure and networking concepts Understanding of ITIL processes Knowledge of data validation and verification method Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation Analytical skills to understand the configuration items, relationships, and attributes within the CMDB Soft skills / transversal skills Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting configuration issues Attention to detail for accurately record configuration items Time management skills for meeting project deadlines Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes Background Bachelor's degree in data analysis or data engineering What we offer We bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and we're committed to equal opportunities in all aspects of employment (gender, LGBT+, disabled persons, or people of different origins) and to promoting Diversity & Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are valued.
