Job Description:
* Work with the Organisational Development team to implement Organisational Development (OD) strategies, frameworks and processes that support business objectives
* Support end-to-end responsibilities of OD projects, which includes assessing organisational development needs, creating and implementing organisational effectiveness strategies to address these challenges
* Conduct analysis and create reporting to evaluate organisation effectiveness of those solutions and reassessing the strategies on an ongoing basis
* Conduct external and internal market research and analyze data to generate key insights and develop solutions
* Prepare and communicate regular updates on progress of ongoing OD programmes to relevant stakeholders for alignment and buy-in
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related fields
* Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Strong analytical skills
* Good writing and communication skills
