Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
* Preparing mise en place for the assigned food and beverage outlet
* Ensuring that the assigned station is clean, well-maintained and appropriately stocked
* Anticipating the needs of guests, and responding in a proactive manner
* Complying with food safety & hygiene, health & safety and quality standards as outlined by the management team.
* Ensuring that materials and equipment supplied are utilised properly
