What will you do? As a Finance Intern at the QRO Campus, you'll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting key processes that help keep our operations running smoothly. *Location: Carretera Estatal, Querétaro 100 El Colorado-Higuerillas 4200, 76295 Parque Industrial Aeropuerto Lote 56. Colón, Qro. (Dentro de PIA - Parque Industrial Aeropuerto) *Scheme: 4 days on site, 1 day HO. *Morning availabilities. Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration. You will: Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reviewing variances. Assist with Sales, COGS, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure our financial data is accurate and reliable. Take the lead in CAPEX and OPEX validation, managing tracking, documentation, and follow-ups related to Fixed Asset creation. Help monitor internal controls and contribute to maintaining strong compliance practices across the site. Work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Help ensure data accuracy and support audits or internal reviews when needed. Bring forward ideas to improve processes and strengthen our financial governance. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Solid communication skills and confidence when working with cross-functional teams. Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, SQL) and an interest in working with data. You will report directly to the Campus Finance Business Controller, and you'll partner closely with teams across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and the entire Finance organization. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Graduation date: December 2026 or later) English proficiency (reading and writing) is required. Basic understanding of financial statements and financial structure. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Interest in building skills in SAP, data analysis tools, and other financial systems. A strong teamwork attitude and willingness to collaborate with multiple partners across the site. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Let us learn about you!
