Support controllersip & finance team activities.

Job Description

Performs a variety of administrative and/or accounting tasks in accordance with company procedures, supporting the accounting/controllership area with the objective of ensuring proper control and accurate information flow.
Key responsibilities include, among others:
* Monitoring compliance with account reconciliation requirements
* Submitting digital filings to INEGI
* Supporting activities related to fixed asset file updates and labeling
* Participating in process improvement projects for the department
* Liaising with stakeholders outside the immediate work area to obtain, verify, or provide information related to accounting processes
* Supporting the compilation of information required by authorities
* Providing occasional support in the submission of information to government offices
Qualifications
* Student in the final semesters of a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
* Basic to intermediate English
* Proactive, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
