PRACTICANTE DE IT

*Requisitos:

* Estudiante ACTIVO de Licenciatura en Computación, Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o afines.

* Contar con seguro facultativo vigente

* Dispobibilidad de horario

* Habilidades:

* Proactividad y disposición de aprender, responsabilidad, cooperación y compromiso en proyectos, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva, capacidad para resolver probleas, puntualidad.

* Conocimientos en:

* Soporte técnico (software y hardware), noción de ciberseguridad, automatización, sistemas operativos, redes y conectividad.

*Responsabilidades:

* Apoyar en tareas de soporte técnico.

* Documentar procesos y seguimiento a tickets.

* Mantenimiento de equipos y redes (preventivo y correctivo).

* Colaborar en proyectos de automatización o desarrollo interno.

* Gestionar cuentas y accesos.

* Cumplir en KPI's del área.
