What will you do? Your Impactful Responsibilities Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities Build, test, and maintain low-risk RPA workflows under supervision Assist with enhancements, bug fixes, and documentation for existing bots Perform basic testing, validation, and troubleshooting Support data handling (Excel/CSV/files/APIs) used in automations Follow secure coding, logging, and error-handling standards Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on requirements and design. *Location: Mty Hub - Punto Valle. *Hybrid scheme. *Morning Availabilities. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Foundational programming logic (variables, loops, conditionals) Introductory experience with RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate) Strong process thinking and attention to detail Comfort working with structured data (Excel, CSVs) Curiosity, coachability, and willingness to learn Clear communication and documentation habits Reliability and ownership of assigned tasks What's in it for you? (Graduation date: June 2027 - Must) Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar) Advanced English - Must. Exposure to RPA concepts or tools through coursework, projects, or self-learning Experience working with data in Excel or similar tools.
