What will you do?
You will support the deployment, governance, and adoption of the Performance System E2E (end-to-end) through Continuous Improvement application.
Your responsibilities will include:
*
* Conducting E2E value stream diagnostics using Lean tools (VSM, PFMEA, process capability studies, time & motion analysis) to identify waste and flow constraints.
* Deploying standardized manufacturing systems and process controls, including visual management, layered audits, standard work, line balancing, and digital traceability.
* Executing root-cause analyses using structured methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa, and other tools for problem solving.
* Driving Kaizen events and CI roadmaps focused on increasing Safety, Quality and Service Level, and reducing operational cost.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Technical Skills
* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
* Experience with manufacturing process design & optimization (assembly, machining, automation, testing, logistics).
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, and quality standards (ISO, IATF).
Soft & Leadership Skills
*
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and site leadership through data-driven narratives and structured recommendations.
* Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, resource planning, and execution of multi-site deployment projects.
* Capability to coach engineers and operational teams on technical problem solving and production system methodologies.

* Active student persuing degree in: Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics (1 year before graduating).
* Demonstrated experience leading improvement projects that delivered measurable impact.
* Proven capability to lead and work with multiple projects or teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Availability in the mornings
