YOUR ROLE
Production performance monitoring
* Analyze production KPIs: OEE, yields, scrap rate, downtime.
* Identify root causes of underperformance (equipment failures, process issues, organization).
* Propose and follow up corrective action plans.
* Continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen)
* Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects: 5S, SMED, flow optimization.
* Contribute to the standardization of work instructions.
* Update and maintain production documentation.
* Support to production teams
* Interface with operators, technicians, maintenance, quality, process engineers.
* Support problem solving on the shop floor (5 Whys, Fishbone, QRQC, etc.).
* Contribute to training and awareness of operators on new standards and procedures.
* Industrialization / tools deployment projects
* Support ramp-up of new products or new equipment (qualification, tuning, validation).
* Contribute to the improvement of routing, cycle times, and line balancing.
* Help implement or enhance digital monitoring tools (MES, dashboards, reporting).
* Safety & Quality
* Comply with and promote HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.
* Contribute to reducing non-conformities and quality incidents.
PROFILE
* Engineer or Master's degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement
