Job Description:

* Support the demand planning team in maintaining and updating forecasting files and planning reports.
* Assist in monitoring forecast data and identifying discrepancies or unusual trends.
* Help track product phase-in/phase-out activities and maintain related planning information.
* Support shipment tracking and follow up on delivery status with internal stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing data and presentations for S&OP and planning meetings.
* Maintain and update master data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
* Support stock monitoring and availability follow-up to help ensure smooth operations.
* Help analyze historical sales data and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, reporting, and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor or master degree (completed or ongoing) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Internship or academic exposure to supply chain, logistics, planning, or data analysis is a plus.
* Basic understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with data and Excel spreadsheets.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn in an international environment.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
