As an EU Finance Manufacturing Intern your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to on all Finance & Control related business issues to support decision making across Operations functions;
- Consolidate, analysis and animations of performance of the 33 European designated factories;
- Manage monthly performance of the factories (define targets, RF, actuals);
- Follow-up on deviations and initiates action to fill the gaps vs. Target;
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of industrial costs, KPI and performance.
- An analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables);
- You are proactive, open-minded motivated and open to learn;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent attention to the detail & commitment to deliver high quality and accurate results;
- The ability to challenge situations and act with resilience;
- Great team spirit;
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
There are some also some mandatory requirements:
* Master student in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, studies with a Finance specialization, or related fields.
* Fluent in English; based in the Netherlands.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in August for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
* Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
