Culinary Capabilities Intern
Start date: August/September 2026
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
Location: Nijmegen/Amsterdam
This internship will be part of the Culinary Experience team, working on culinary capabilities. In this role, you will support culinary managers and capability specialists in building and deploying culinary capabilities, including culinary tools, best practices, and innovation processes across Kraft Heinz.
This is a collaborative, cross-functional internship with exposure to chefs and stakeholders across R&D and selected commercial teams.
Basic Requirements for all:
You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
* EU - Students: Need to be enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
* Non - EU Students: Need to be enrolled at a Dutch University for the whole duration of the internship.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support development of learning materials, playbooks and other culinary capability resources
* Gather best practices, tools and resources from across the global innovation chef community
* Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Sales) to inform culinary capability resources
* Support the deployment of culinary capabilities through internal communication materials and engagement activities
* Support the planning and execution of workshops and ideation sessions, including preparation of materials and coordination with relevant parties
* Support the maintenance of culinary digital tools
Specific Team Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Innovation, Chage Management, Business Administration or Management, Communications, or a related field. We are mainly looking for the right demeanor!
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
* Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Miro is a plus
