What will be your mission?
As a HRBP Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions and business partnership activities.
* HR support: Assist day-to day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and recruitment.
* HR projects: contribute to HR projects such as process improvement projects.
* Data analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Who We're Looking For?
Our ideal candidate is:
Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter attitude and a passion for success. Enthusiasm for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder.
Multilingual: Dutch fluent and a good command of English
Education: you currently study a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources
