Responsibilities

During your internship you will work on your own project within our operations where you will: 
* Lead a Continuous Improvement project in production,
* Use A3/DMAIC methodology with a focus on efficiency,
* Apply Lean tools and implement practical improvements,
* Define sustainable control actions that support the daily operations,
* Assist in other OpEx tasks and cross-functional collaboration between departments such as QESH, Supply Chain, and Production.
This internship is designed to be hands-on and deliver real, visible impact in production. And you will work closely with the OpEx Engineer.

Qualifications

Education: HBO/Bachelor level, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management (Technische Bedrijfskunde) or a similar study.
Skills: Stakeholder & project management, pro-active mindset, a structured solution-oriented way of thinking, and eager to learn. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Language: Excellent English skills. 
Availability: Minimum 4-month internship, 32 hours/week on site.

Candidate Requirements:
