Intern Investment Writing & Translations - Marketing Support

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Investment Writing & Translations team, which is part of Global Marketing. Our team is responsible for editing, translating and coordinating content that is published via various channels. We also support other teams, such as our digital (web, social media) or channel marketing team.

Position & Requirements
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with language and investment professionals within a leading sustainable investment firm. We are looking for an intern for a period of approximately six months, ideally available for 32-40 hours per week, and located in Rotterdam.

What you'll do:
* Help coordinate the creation and translation of marketing content.
* Support the creation of multimedia content, such as podcast transcripts, video subtitles and social media copy.
* Carry out standalone projects, such as creating AI prompts for house-style proofreading and conducting a client satisfaction survey.
* Help us generate statistics from our translation portal.
* Support with day-to-day proofreading and translation quality checks.
* Create instruction manuals for compliance/editorial guidelines.

What we're looking for
* A Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Media, Translations, Linguistics or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
* Strong organizational and independent research skills.
* Experience in proofreading and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Strong motivation to learn and work in a team.
