Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It's not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

* You will learn how to search for the latest eCommerce trends supported by weekly retail checks: analyzing eCommerce trends, prepare activation briefings & support on customer's logistics.

* You will get a 6-month crash course in Sales. You will collaborate with established retailers such as Delhaize (BE), Colruyt (BE), Carrefour (BE) Albert Heijn (NL), Jumbo (NL), PLUS (NL) and wholesalers such as Sligro and Bidfood, but also with new innovative and online only partners such as Getir, Flink, Bol and Amazon and potential new customers.

* You will support on our online innovative sustainability solution with our Unwasted team where we work against food waste.

* You will learn how to work cross-functionally by working closely with different departments in- & external: sales teams, brand managers, digital marketeers and eCommerce counterparts at our retailers.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* You have a substantial interest and knowledge for the eCommerce environment.

* You obtain strong analytical skills, very well structured and a keen eye for detail to feel confident working on multiple projects simultaneously.

* You are a good team player with the ability to take self-initiative to be able to work independently.

* You have a hands-on mentality to support the entire eCommerce team in improving existing partnerships.

* You are fluent in Dutch & English.
* You are currently studying or have recently graduated (max. 3 months post-graduation)
