📍 Position
GPON Trainee

Responsibilities:
* Support the deployment, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and acceptance of GPON/FTTH projects.
* Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
* Provide technical support to the Pre-Sales team when required.
* Assist in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting independently.
* Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
* Work proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* Only graduates from the following academic periods will be considered: 2025-II, 2026-0, or 2026-I.
* Knowledge of GPON/FTTH technologies, system architecture, optical fiber, and key technical specifications.
* Knowledge of IP networking protocols, including DHCP, PPPoE, VLAN, IPv4, and IPv6.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Full-time availability (100%).
